Accompanying advices

The implementation of the Mobility Budget requires decision making on the part of management.
Whether it is the general management, finance or HR & Facilities, everyone has decisions to make and information to give.
 
In order for these decisions to be taken in full knowledge of the facts it is necessary to inform all members of management of the options, their cost, benefits, impact and limits.
