The governance

You can rely on the structure

Everyone's tasks and responsibilities are defined. They are evaluated in the governance meetings where you decide on improvements to be made.

 

All tasks are organized in a daily, monthly, quarterly or annual calendar.

For example

 

  • invoice verification, approval and breakdown of invoices by users and cost centres; and

  • the publication of defined reports

  • user and access management (create, update, deactivate)

  • the reports required for the salaries and the social secretariat

  • the management of car, bicycle or other leasing contracts

  • the publication of budget balances

  • the management of the amounts to be made available for pillar 1, 2 or 3

  • procedural change activities

  • claims management in Pillars 1 and 2

  • service desk activities

  • contract amendment requests
